RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Eric's Auto Repair. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build and sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Eric's Auto Repair. By placing an order or purchasing a service from us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. AUTO PARTS & BICYCLE PARTS
Return Period
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of automotive and cycling maintenance, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

Electrical Parts: Sensors, ECUs, wiring harnesses, bulbs, and batteries (once installed or if the seal is broken).

Liquids: Oils, fluids, additives, and chemicals.

Special Orders: Any part specifically ordered for your vehicle that we do not normally stock.

Tools: Automotive tools that have been opened or used.
Restocking Fee
All returns of non-defective auto parts and bicycle components are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This fee is deducted from your total refund amount to cover handling and inventory costs.
2. BICYCLES & E-BIKES
New Bicycles & E-Bikes
Returns on new bicycles and e-bikes are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

The bike has less than 10 miles on the odometer.

The bike is free of scratches, dirt, and wear.

You possess the original box, charger, keys, and manual.

Note: A 20% Restocking Fee applies to all E-Bike returns to cover inspection and recertification.
Used Bicycles
All used bicycles are sold "AS-IS". We encourage you to inspect used bikes thoroughly at our Palm Coast location before purchase. All sales of used bicycles are final.
3. VEHICLE SALES (CARS & TRUCKS)
All Sales Final
Please understand that all vehicle sales are final. Once the Bill of Sale is signed, or the title is transferred, the vehicle is yours. We do not offer a "cooling-off" period or returns for vehicles.
Deposits
Online deposits made to reserve a vehicle are Non-Refundable. The purpose of the deposit is to take the vehicle off the market for you. If you change your mind, the deposit is forfeited to cover the lost marketing time.
4. REPAIR SERVICES & LABOR
Labor Warranty
We stand behind our work. We offer a 12-Month / 12,000-Mile Warranty on labor for qualified repairs. If a repair fails due to our workmanship within this period, we will fix it at no additional cost to you.
Refunds on Labor
Labor fees are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, you must grant Eric's Auto Repair the opportunity to inspect and rectify the issue. We do not issue cash refunds for service work already performed.
5. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at contact@ericservices.us or call +1 580-995-4975 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase inside the box.

Ship: Mail your return to the address below. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

6. REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card / Wix Payments).

Timing: You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
