SHIPPING POLICY

Eric's Auto Repair ("we" or "us") is committed to delivering your auto parts, bicycles, and accessories promptly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping practices, costs, and timelines.

1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Service Area: We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship bicycles, e-bikes, or heavy auto parts (over 15 lbs) to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for these items. Small parts may be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS.

  • APO/FPO/DPO: We support our troops! However, please note that shipping to military addresses may take up to 30-45 days and weight restrictions apply.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same day.

3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.

4. HEAVY ITEMS & FREIGHT SHIPPING (Engines, Transmissions, E-Bikes)

Due to the size and weight of certain products (e.g., assembled bicycles, e-bikes, engines, transmissions, exhaust systems), these items must be shipped via Freight Carrier rather than standard mail.

  • Freight Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier may call you to schedule a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign for the delivery.

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight shipments are typically "Curbside Delivery" only. The driver is not required to bring the item inside your home or garage.

  • Lift Gate Service: If you do not have a loading dock, a truck with a lift gate may be required to lower the item to the ground. This may incur an additional fee if not selected at checkout.

5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

  • Damaged on Arrival: Eric's Auto Repair is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

    • Action Required: Take photos of the damaged box and the damaged item immediately and contact us at contact@ericservices.us within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you do not have the package, please check with neighbors and around your property. If it is still missing, contact us immediately.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States.

8. IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Palm Coast location.

  • Location: 13 Enterprise Dr, Palm Coast, FL 32164

  • Hours for Pickup: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

  • What to Bring: Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
